Transtech Electronics Control has partner with Baumer Group since 1996, representing their presence in Australia in the encoders and motion controls product division. Transtech is now one of Baumer Group longest serving distributor in Australia. With the new agreement, TransTech has become a Distributor for the full range of Baumer products – Sensors – Encoders – Process Instrumentation, strengthening our offering of product portfolio to the industry.

Incremental and sine encoders. Versatile and reliable

High precision in transforming the tachovoltage over the total speed range – that’s what Baumer analogue tachogenerators can do thanks to their patented Long- Life commutator providing a massive silver track embed- ded in the surface. This silver track ensures a constantly low transfer resistance even under adverse ambient conditions. Especially task-matching brushes in conjunc- tion with the LongLife commutator ensure an excellent maintenance-free service life.

Absolute encoders. Innovative and flexible

Times have changed. Obsolete complicated cabling con- necting the control cabinet with the encoders is nowa- days often replaced by absolute multiturn encoders with fieldbus interface.
