MeasureX MAS10 | High Precision Signal Conditioner

The MAS10 Signal Conditioner integrates a regulated excitation power supply with a low-level amplifier, offering both voltage and current outputs. With the strain gauge option, it provides bridge completion for ¼ and ½ bridge inputs, making it suitable for stress analysis. Designed for high stability, the MAS10 meets the demands of both industrial and research applications.

Its regulated excitation spans a wide range, compatible with miniature sensors as well as standard pressure, force, torque, and acceleration transducers. The excitation current can support up to four 350 Ω load cells in multi-load cell setups. All inputs and outputs are surge-protected, ensuring reliable performance in factory and field installations. Gain is selectable via seven link combinations, with continuous adjustment available to optimize stability across the MAS10’s extensive dynamic input and output range.

Optional Shunt Calibration: Allows a quick check of the transducer, its wiring, and gain setting to verify system integrity.

Strain Gauge Capability: Provides bridge completion for ¼ and ½ bridge configurations, including 3-wire quarter bridge setups for 120 Ω (up to 5 V excitation) and 350 Ω (up to 10 V excitation) strain gauges. The most sensitive range supports a full scale of 600 micro-strain with 10 V excitation.

Custom Configuration: Inputs, outputs, and excitation levels can be specified at the time of order for MeasureX laboratory calibration, ensuring the MAS10 is tailored to specific application requirements.”
